Structural Strength & Mobility
The human body responds, develops and is maintained according to basic bio-mechanical principles. Corrective exercise programs are a unique method of restoring symmetry (postural alignment), function and mobility while increasing awareness to the individual.
The therapies I have chosen to study and work with address the intrinsic, or core, musculoskeletal system. Through core stabilization and neuromuscular re-education, patterns of limitation are addressed and released.
Each session is unique to the individual. A thorough evaluation of muscular imbalances and postural misalignments causing compensated motion are determined. An exercise program is then designed that sequentially builds structural strength and mobility.
